We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to delete your Medihelp4u account, we understand and are here to assist you through the process.

Before proceeding, please take a moment to review the following important details regarding the deletion of your account:

1. **Permanent Deletion**: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your personal data, including medication reminders, health records, and any other information you’ve added to the app, will be permanently erased from our servers.

2. **Backup Your Data**: If you wish to keep a record of your medication history or any other data, we recommend backing up or downloading the information prior to account deletion. Once your account is deleted, this information will no longer be accessible.

3. **Subscription Cancellation**: If you have an active subscription, please ensure that you cancel it before deleting your account to avoid any future charges. Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.

To request the deletion of your Medihelp4u account, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the “Settings” section of the app.
2. Select “Account Management.”
3. Choose “Delete Account” and follow the prompts.

Alternatively, you can email our support team at contact@medihelp4u.com with the subject line “Delete Account Request” from the email address associated with your Medihelp4u account. Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed.
